Hi Im just starting out building an itc lists, ive played chaos for a few years and am looking for some help.
the aim of the list is to have 2 big units at the back, a skulls and a landraider. with some fast things putting pressure on up front, i need to know what you guys think, maybe you can help me out. thanks for everything, ill post the lists here too.

From a kneejerk perspective I would say it would be a scary list to face on the board, but there are weaknesses:

1) lack of obsec units on the board. With your chaos SM eliminated you really are limited to how to win a game on the board, given how matched play focuses on capturing objectives.

2) distraction carnifex: Again this leads onto point 1). The enemy, if they play accordingly, will focus on killing what they can kill T1, and what will cause them to lose points in the early game. They are a nice addition for sure, but consider taking faster units to get up the board, lock up your enemy and sop them flanking you or securing the win.

3) Synergy) This is a bit of both tbh. The links between your prince and havocs is a bit disjointed. He may be able to take a pounding, especially when reinforced by say a raptor squad, but on his own he will be targetted by anything worth it's sauce. Unless the enemy wants big game hunter and has built their own army around negating larger units on the field your key units will have a hard time.

To counter these potential issues, try bulking your force out with cheap, scoring units, while making the most of faster, more agile units ( cultists and raptors perhaps). The twin maulerfiend combo is a nice addition when moved upfield together, and 20 berserkers will give pause. Keep the lord of skulls, but perhaps lose the LR and bulk out the berserkers/ raptors

Have a play, give them a trial run and see how they get on.
