The Fire Angels are a Space Marine chapter created from Ultramarines gene-seed. They fought on the loyalist side during the Badab War. In one incident during the war, the rebel Astral Claws launched a suicidal counter-attack, in which a squadron of Rhinos broke through an Imperial salient to the Fire Angels' lines and detonated a virus missile, causing more deaths in one day than the Fire Angels had suffered in the war so far.

Okay, let me crack open my copy of IA:9

-Ultramarine Sucessor
-25th Founding
-Homeworld: Lorin Alpha
-Fortress Monastary: The Tower Atenaeum (Self-contained Islan fortress monastary)
-One of the few chapters that worship the Emperor as a god
-View themselves as part of the greater web of Imperial power. Are known to be easier to work with than other Astartes.
-Recruit from the Hives of Lorin Alpha in the Trial by Fire.
- They are a Codex Chapter
-Oddly for Astartes they just consider Guilliman to be merely an exceptional warrior. They consider only the God-Emperor and his saints to be beings worthy of veneration.
-They are a young chapter lacking much older relic wargear like Termie armor. They make heavy use of Rhinos and Predators, most ot he 1st Company is fielded as Sternguard squads.
-Prefer armored assaults.
-They favor the sword not only as a close combat weapon but as a measure of their spititual devotion to the Emperor.

All that's from Imperial Armor Nine.
