So....I was curious.....

How many Land Raider Variants are in existence, and when I ask that, I mean variants there are kits and rules for, not homebrew ones. I know the following:

Land Raider (Basic)
Land Raider Crusader
Land Raider Redeemer
Land Raider Prometheus

thats about it. Are there others? What are there weapon loadouts?

I do think they changed the name of the original one... the one which you bought in a pack of 2... to Spartan. As its small, and it does not have the pintle mounts.

No, just the standard Godhammer (Phobos) Pattern..2 TLLC Sponsons....there's a picture of it in the SM Codex.

I modelled one of my DW ones to be similar.

In addition to the ones in the codex you have the following landraiders that have models and rules...
Prometheus - heavy bolter sponsons - rules by FW, its a command landraider
Helios - Has a whirlwind launcher on top - again rules by FW, used predominantly by the Red Scorpions
Terminus Ultra - lots of lascannons - Apocalypse
Ares - Demolisher cannon and heavy flamer sponsons - Apocalypse
