Kinda like these, though the heads seem a little out of proportion to me, maybe it's the lack of beard that is doing it. It makes their necks look a little flimsy. I'd also point out that the one carrying a severed head is clearly a poser claiming someone else's kill. She's one of only two who has a bludgeoning weapon instead of something with a blade so couldn't have beheaded the enemy she is proudly displaying.
Interesting idea though. I've been thinking about sex representation in wargaming ranges, and it's nice to see somebody trying to make some women. I just started my daughter painting and naturally she wants to paint girls. Hey first choices were a nun, a cloud giant, and a sarcophagus.
Even if they are stereotyped as "desperate house wives." At least they appear reasonably badass.
