My first impulse looking at the list is, I'd lose the Greater daemon and pack in favor of putting those berzerkers in some rhinos. Also, once you do this, where does Kharn go? You have a lot of full up 10 man squads, so he won't be able to ride along with them. You might drop one squad down to 9 man so he can ride along.
In general, foot slogging cc armies are in trouble, unless they have ork numbers.

It's pretty cool, but try to lose te greater demon, like the guy on top of me said. But if you play bigger games, try land raiders. I like to move 12", puff smoke, next turn, move12", assult 6 with KB. And i usually give it demonic possesion too. BUt only in big games
