I'm going to back ROT up here. From experiance a Warptime prince is FAR superiour to a MoK prince any day. +1 Attack or rerolls to hit AND to wound. Yeah sure if your throwing a combat monster as mass low toughness foes then 1 more attack is ok. But I personally find he crashing into something a bit tougher and consitantly getting 4 wounds off is far better.

Yes we all know a warptime prince isnt 'Khorne' but whos to say it isnt warp fueled rage drawing the warptime out of him!
