Now the rules for Acid Blood specify that the UNIT that dealt the wound takes an Initiative test, and if failed, yadda yadda.

Now this is fine if the whole unit has the same Initiative value, but that's not the case, often.
Because of Lash Whips.

Now, the thing is, it says UNIT, not MODEL, so you can't just use the Initiative value of the model that dealt the wound.
Thing is, there is nothing in the BRB referring to complex units and Characteristic tests.

The logical assumption is to use the same rules as a complex unit with different Toughness values, use the highest if they're the same, otherwise use the majority.

Thoughts?

I think that would be the best solution.

i would belive it would use majoraty....however i feel that Lash Whips wouldn't effect them as Lash Whips (and Banshee masks) raise/lower the inisative for combat perpooses and nosen't effect it's actual inistaive.

Majority value.

Lash Whips would work, as they directly reduce initiative values, rather than making an opponent strike at an initiative value.
