I don't think there was any more information regarding what happened to them currently around, I know that they had trouble making it to Terra because they think of the Legions who defended Terra as being weak for not having protected the Emperor, something that wouldn't have occurred if they'd made it to Earth- or at least thats the theory they arrogantly espouse.
The Iron Hands legion is very much like the White Scars in a way, the Iron Hands only involvement in the Heresy was at the very start just as the White Scars only took part at the very end.

Ferrus Manus took nearly all his Morlock Terminators, alongside a hefty portion of other Iron Hands Astartes, no? That is why -perhaps- Terminator armour and Great Crusade/Heresy-era relics are so rare for the Chapter.
From what I can gather from Fulgrim, the Astartes not dropping down to Isstvan V, could have retreated to Imperial space, after the massacre upon the surface. Unless, they too were cut-down in Orbit by the four traitorous Legions, as theiir comrades died in the Dropsite Massacre?
Not too sure, really. I`ve heard Spikey* mention Raven Guard statistics on the Massacre, in an Imperial Armour Volume, maybe it`s there?
