Okay, so I'm making dialogue between Inquisitor's what kinds of things would they talk about/how would they go about it in manners of calling a conclave to order?

if anyone would like to help with the dialogue please do.

so far the only topic I can think up is a local Chaos Lord stirring up trouble, making a name for himself and they're working on finding and eliminating him(he's managed to evade them thus far)

anything else for plot holes?

Individually I would assume they might even talk about football-results or friendship-stuff if they found the time for it.

I would personally give you a very free reign there but suggest that you would look into the sort of dialogues that happens at a high-command and religious gatherings like conclaves at the Catholic church, but then again that's me. I mean most are after all a mixture between generals and religious fanatics. And that's just my personal advice nothing more.

I would on the other hand assume Eisenhorn, Ravenor or even the Inquisition Wars (even though how canon that is seems to vary from subject to subject) would have something to say about how it would go down. And if really serious I would look into the Siege of Vraks for clues as there is said to be a conclave there, but that might be everything that's said about the matter.

Oh, so, some of the time it's not all seriousness? thought most(if not all Inquisitors) had their heads too far up their asses to talk about anything but Heresy.

I had two points being elaborated on(a local Ork Horde seems to be getting a bit too big, and a Chaos Lord Kathokk recently popped up)

I am taking suggestions however(if anyone wants to?)

Well depending on the inquisitors involved in the conclave, they might debate over which is the greater threat and deserves more attention. There could also be discussion on methods, as different inquisitors have varying ideologies. And then depending on the inquisitors, who should be in charge once everything else has been decided.

I guess it would depend on whether Ordo Xenos or Ordo Hereticus were the most numerous and who was the High Inquisitor of the Conclave. Again I harkens back to Vraks if you want to get how a conclave is going.

Depending on the person the story is being told in, you could do it as a retrospetive from a personal standpoint after the conclave was over. This way it informs your characters actions as well as allowing you to highlight a limited portion of the conclave without getting bogged down in creating too complete of a picture.
