No rhino for the chosen? That makes them sad.
Other than that, I would drop the LR for a rhino and either a second DP or a third squad of Oblits plus other stuff. Land Raiders are just too expensive for what you get, especially at 1500 pts. The PMs could use a Pfist champ. I would also switch the power weapon skull champ to a Pfist. Just creates more versatility. If you have any points left over, wind of chaos on the DP would be awesome. For the extra 30 points he becomes a force to be reckoned with that can eat entire squads each turn due to all those re-rolls in shooting and assault. If you think that would be overkill, consider switching his MoT to MoN.
