Hey. I bought this miniature ages ago and didn't choose priests as a doctrine. I must confess; I saw the eviscerator and just bought one. I didn't paint him until yesterday and finished him off today. I think I'll use him in Necromunda as he'd go well with the redemptionists I'm planning on getting down the line.

I'm really pleased with how he turned for the tabletop. The beard is a little off but hey. Maybe I'll go back and rectify it. Any suggestions on how to do beards is welcome.

Robes - bleached bone with ogryn flesh wash. Red is simply red gore.

for the beard i would suggest maybe a light brown as a basecoat and give him a heavy drybrush with bleached bone, then a light one with the grey, thatlle make him pop.

robes are looking nice, and i like the effect of the red loin cloth thing, thurns out quite well.

I know what you mean about a brown for the base colour. I think I'll actually give this a go when I go back to him. I like how the red turned out too. I was going for a 'shabby' look.
