Well my fire dragons that I have been trying to do this month took another backseat yesterday, because I painted this guy up for a friend of mine. I tried to do him quickly and it still took me about 4 hours. I’m pretty happy with him, except for a slight miscast on his coat and the flesh tone didn’t work out exactly the way I hoped, but over all I think he is good.

I got to practice some more freehand on his coat and chest plate and I also used my airbrush to shade his coat. (Still need a lot of practice with my airbrush thou lol) I particularly like his proton pack lol!

C&C Welcome!

Well Done indeed! Good choice on the purple lining, it really makes the other colors pop out

Looks great Troy. Maybe the golds could do with a wash though? just a thought.
Thanks man. I went very light on the wash over the gold, because last time I went a bit too heavy with the wash on my necron overlord’s gold bits. I will find a happy medium lol.
