The two things I see about the list are the terminators running all TH/SS. It prevents any attacks at int. I know they are tough but I would rather reduce thier chances to hit me. This is big with low int units.
The second if the tac squad with a flamer and combi-flamer. I think a combi melta or melta would make the unit more flexable.

Other than that it looks pretty good.

Grinnsra has a point, but TBH TH/SS termies have been proven to be more effective than even their CSM counterparts: 3++ save is what does it.

like the list, not much to comment on, though it's pretty standard.

you have plenty of anti-tank, but i frankly don't feel tact squads are more of a menace without a PF, though that's to make any assaulting MC's reconsider coming close to your objectives.

as a side note, have you considered throwing in Vulkan for the fun of it just once? with a few changes you're not that far off from a Sallies list.

good hunting.

While what you say about the terminators is true, they are much more survivable and when you work out better scoring damage than lightning claw counter parts.

Removing the flamer squad and replacing melta doesn't make the unit more flexable, I'm removing my only anti troop troop choice and I have 2 units with meltas already ;)

I'm spliting the tact squads into combat squads so they don't need a power fist ;)

Thought of vulcan because the army benefits are cool, but I like my librarian :)

I think we've discussed this over on your blog before.

I like it.
