if i build the IG unit that comes on the tank accesory sprue and used the officer head and a vox caster, would you allow it to be used as a MOO ?

Go for it, I have an Autarch model build from spare plastic wings, spare fusion gun and the dire avenger kit. Everyone who has seen it said its pretty cool and I think converting, no matter how small or simple, is the bread and butter of 40k hobby side. Post pics up when your done, I'm sure people would love to see it

My advice is to add a microphone to one hand. other than that, looks good.

you could add a few details to him buy stealing some space marine bits like a laurel wreath or a purity seal or two and give him some brass or a slightly different uniform colour from the the rest of the army.
