Here's an Illic Nightspear that I painted up to match a force of Exodites. Overall, I was rather happy with this mini- his pose is quite nice and the details came out well.

It always got me the way the Aliatoc rangers would wear these camo jackets and bright yellow hemlets.

Haha! Yes, the same goes for those 'stealthy' scorpions with their bright yellow details. For that reason I plan on a more brown scheme for my SS once I get to them.

I really do like the use of the browns instead of the normal bright colours you tend to find on scout units.

To be fair, the browns here go with a force- it is an Exodite force where most of the colors are neutral (so that they can look like they have raw wraithbone and leathers without dye).

The force is completed with blue dinosaurs (the colors of his jewels) to form strong centers of interest.

Because if you have a dinosaur, he is your center of interest for the force.
