Potentially ditch one of the CCS for a Lord Commissar - his Ld bubble will make getting off orders much more likely on the heavy weapon teams... or better yet use the Kell special character in one of the CCS for his Ld bonus for orders.

You are also missing meltaguns... lascannons (even that many) are still no guarantee that you'll be able to damage AV14 at range, especially if in cover. Possibly a 5-man, 2 meltagun stormtrooper squad to DS in an suicide against back field tanks/artillery.

Wow...

I had to read your list four times to understand it, but then it dawned on me that you're actually fielding 15 autocannons and 15 lascannons... DUDE! :shok:

(I'm in doubt if you can actually take so many HWS per platoon?)

You're building a classic 'stand and shoot' list. Everybody will want to kill those heavy weapon teams ASAP. So just remember that you need to bubblewrap them in other units to claim coversaves and prevent assaults.

I'd rewrite your list a bit and make 2 real blob squads to go get objectives and deal with CC threats. You also need some meltaguns to deal with AV14 that closes in on you. (Think landraiders with assault terminators.)

My suggestion:
HQ- CCS w/ MoO @ 80pts (hide behind cover, use orders on HWS/blob squads)
HQ- CCS @ 50pts (hide behind cover, use orders on HWS/blob squads)
TR- PCS w/ 4 flamers @ 50pts
TR- 40 men blob squad w/ 4 meltaguns, 4 powerweapons, commissar w/ powerfist @ 310pts
TR- HWS w/ 3 lascannons @ 105pts
TR- HWS w/ 3 lascannons @ 105pts
TR- HWS w/ 3 lascannons @ 105pts
TR- HWS w/ 3 lascannons @ 105pts
TR- HWS w/ 3 lascannons @ 105pts
TR- PCS w/ 4 flamers @ 50pts
TR- 40 men blob squad w/ 4 meltaguns, 4 powerweapons, commissar w/ powerfist @ 310pts
TR- HWS w/ 3 autocannons @ 75pts
TR- HWS w/ 3 autocannons @ 75pts
TR- HWS w/ 3 autocannons @ 75pts
TR- HWS w/ 3 autocannons @ 75pts
TR- HWS w/ 3 autocannons @ 75pts
Total: 133 models @ 1750pts

I must say I'm very unsure if you can get 5 HWS per platoon. (It sounds a bit much...)
This list gives you a torrent of firepower backed by some blob squads for (counter)assault and objective claiming.

but what shood i add for the 200pts? more guuardsmen?
Something with a longer range, well unless you only play on 4x4 boards. I often play against Gunline IG lists and just stay out of 48" range of your weapons and pound them to dust..Manticores, LRBT's, Bassies etc.

You also have zero mobility, which while I know Chimeras are going against your Theme, you can get mobility by including Characters such as Creed, Harker, and Al'Rahem.

Still, like I said, if you only play on small boards then it's a different story, and for your 200 pts (other than what I suggested above)
