I just have it set in my head to build a DE Web Bomb list for fun, but not so much fun that I cant win at all. Any Ideas as to what is essential for this type of DE list?
Ideas to make a DE Web Bomb work?

Taloi, Whyches and possibly large, footslogging warrior squads with a lotta weapons. Consider having a haemy join some grots in a raider as the delivery system.
Be advised, it's not a particularly good list vs. anything mobile.

Sigh... I jump the CSM book for a army that is exactly like the CSM Dex in the fact that only one type army build really works. Sucks... Oh well, Raider Spam it is.

What do you expect? It's over a decade old. Just be grateful they don't suck ass and pray that the new dex will be worth the wait.
