so i just painted my lords cape Skrag brown hoping to get a slow degenerating look by applying axgrax earthshade in different stages but I feel I've stuffed it up, I don't really have a lot of brown colours to work with so can't layer etc etc. If anyone can help me out here I'd appreciate it a lot!

Try letting it dry by laying the mini flat, so the shade doesn't all pool at the bottom?

I have found if you apply a layer of shade and let it dry for a bit then, while it is till a bit "tacky", apply another layer and it starts to work a little bit like a glaze and doesn't run into the lowest points so you do get a bit of a grading going on.

thanks. I'm slowly bringing it around. I layed it flat n that has worked. Ill start shading it dark at the bottom and bring it up a little. Pictures to follow on the other paint page.
