How would you suggest breaking it down and for what sort of prices. I tried to base my price on what other people were selling stuff for. (I am honestly interested I have never sold before).

Well if it does not sell i will break it down and try to get rid of it piece by piece.

Dropped the price by $100. Maybe that will be more reasonable.
