this is my list
60 genestealers
6 yrmals gene S.
2 broodlords

but what do you use for a HQ if the other things a just genestealers???

the tervigon?
the hive tyrant?
the mortex?
or just 1 alpha warrior?

i'd go with a Tervigon so you can build a meat shield to keep the stealers safe, so you don't need to keep them in area terrain making them much faster.

o yeah they where ... i loved the full genestealer army...

tervigon ....
maybe...
i like the parasite aswell

A heavily converted Broodlord will pass as a prime.

Come to think of it, you could do much the same with a counts as Tyrant.

I'd go with the Parasite of Mortrex myself. He might not be the most efficient, but his rules are simply HILARIOUS. Also the whole parasite bit could justifiably fit into genestealer fluff.

If you're fighting Infantry-heavy IG or Orks, make sure you have LOTS of Ripper models :biggrin:

I think it's related to which HQ fits into an all-genestealer army. For example, a Hive Tyrant doesn't make much sense leading a Genestealer uprising. If fluff wasn't an issue, he'd just go Swarmlord! :biggrin::biggrin:

maybe just a really big(as in Hive tyrant) uber lord with the swarmlord rules?
