my friend plays a rather large nidzilla army? I play space marines and have every thing in the codex except for a land raider crusader and a demolisher and any of the predator series

Stick with as many lascannons, meltaguns, plasmaguns, and assault cannons as possible. A handful of powerfists scattered about would be a good idea too.

what hesp said, you should take the trait that lets you have more dev squdad and razorbacks with twin linked lascannon with a lascannon inside with a power fist should work well too.

A nidzilla army will still blow the hell out of you; unless you're necrons, imperial guard or tau, remember the secret of the "hidden power fist".
Your tactical/assault squads should all have a veteran sergeant with a power fist for the big nasties, especially if your opponent plays ranged biggies.
Keep your vet. sgt. out of base contact and let the other squad members take the casualties while you beat the hell out of biggun with your beat stick.
