How can Eldar deal with Fast-hard melee monsters?

like.. all different wargear set Nob bikers with feel no pain..

all different wargear set Thunder Wolf cavalry with HQ

they has large - attackable distance. and horribly die-hard


plz some advice..

Oh, sorry, forgot AP3 doesn't ignore FNP.

Something like Bright Lances would work.
IIRC they are AP2 and will still insta-kill.

Fire Dragons would also work, although they are expensive.
They will still get a cover save, but if you can force them to make a leadership test and fall back, then the unit is gone.

Actually, EML's will ignore FNP.

The Nobz are T4(5), so they use T4 for the purposes of instant death.
You cant take a FNP save against anything that causes instant death.

So all you have to do is hit (guide), wound on 2+, then they get a 4+ cover.
They fail that, then thats a dead Nob.
Rinse and repeat.

Many Eldar lists feature Fire Dragons. If you don't have high AV enemies to target, fire dragons do very well against nob bikers, point for point. You just want to drop them off on the other side of the nob bikers, so that the nobz end up charging away from the main body of your army (because you typically won't have enough firepower to kill many or most nobs, just one or two. So your FD's are going to die.)
