I used to collect LOTR but I got annoyed when they kept making new models I'd never heard of. Anyway I was wondering whether you could give some advice about Dwarves I wanted to collect them before I got annoyed.
Do you know whether they are any good? Last time I checked they were all metal models.

noooooo LOTR dwarves have tons of options now . .

they have 2 plastic sets out ,basic warriors or rangers . . with a ton of new weapons best thing todo is when your next in a GW store take alook at the Khazad-Dum Book its got all the new Dwarven rules in
