One thing, your spell casting ability is LOW LOW LOW, which is not at all good, because while skeletons are average at best, you will be wanting to bring them back. While you have mannfred he is a bit pricy for a 2000pt. List in my oppinion, you could take a vampire lord kitted out for magic for cheaper and still have enough to increase unit sized or throw some magic items on your characters.

Hi i have been playing 40k for a while and when the new fantasy rules come out i thought i would give it a go.
Here is my first draft at a list. I have not yet played fantasy so please forgive any noobie mistakes.
Vampire Counts 2000
Count Mannfred 475 (WALK WITH GRAVE GAURD)
Wight King
Sword of kings 100 (ALSO WALK WITH GRAVE GUARD)

Knightmare
Infinate Hatred
Blood drinker 173 (TO RIDE WITH BLOOD KNIGHTS)

Cheesemeister, he never said re-write my list. or that he wanted it competetive, he wants suggestions on how HIS list could be made better, not "write my list for me" Conrad is not worth his points. You can make a more killy vampire, and without stupidity.
You always have to TEST for stupidity.
