I would recommend removing Manfred from this list, and using a Magic-tuned Vampire Lord and perhaps an additional Necromancer for this list.
First of all, your unit sizes are very small for the 8th edition. I'd recommend 1x40 as opposed to 2x20 on your skeletons. And the war banner may only be purchased once, in any case.
I would recommend as well increasing your Grave Guard to 24. Bigger units are better in this edition.
I am assuming a five man Blood Knights unit. It seems lost in your army. They'll be out beyond support, and five knights don't make an effective unit anymore. I'd convert them to ten barded Black Knights with the Icon of Vengeance. You'll still get the 10 attacks (2 ranks x1), won't crumble and have a rank for disruption purposes. That costs 9 points extra. And they are Striders, to boot.
