Hey guys I need some help with shooting. If there's 10 guards men against 20 ork boyz, and the guardmen double tap do they only target one modle and alot two wounds to a single module our can they attack another one.

Um, it doesnt sound like you have really grasped the idea of the game yet- while we can help you out you probably need more help then a forum can give. Any staff at local Games Workshops or just local players can help to teach you the game.

As for the answer to your question:

When you shoot you shoot a unit at another unit... who is shooting which shot and at who doesnt matter. So if your guardsmen rapid fire (shoot twice at up to 12") then your unit of 10 is firing 20 shots at the enemy unit. All the hits will strike orks, you roll to wound with alll the successful hits, and all successful wounds then get allocated to different orks. That means 20 shots from the guardsmen can potentially kill all 20 orks (if you were incredibly lucky).
