I need help for my marines. I want them to have a liche purple colour with metallic/gold.

Has anyone mixed liche with gold? did it work
oR
Has anyone mixed a mat paint with a metallic one?

1/1? 2/1? 3/1? ratio?

Dont want to make any mistakes

This could be a little simple of a thing to mention but any metallic is obtained by adding to Mithril Silver. It's the "prime" metallic.

No as in I want a gold finish. i.e. when you shine it in the lights you see a gold tint. and i think that silver will lighten up the purple to much!

Is it a metallic purple you're after? What I'm saying is Mithril Silver is the primary for all metallic, including gold. The colour you're seeking for instance could be Mithril Silver + Liche Purple + some other colour, or you may use another metallic in the mix instead but that colour is still Mithril Silver + another colour/s.

So if you get a mixing tray and mix some Mithril Silver and Liche Purple and try some other colours to alter it, just experiment away until you get your colour.
