Tzeentchian sorcerers aren't overly averse to mutations, particularly not if they help them achieve their goals. Tzeentch is just as corrupting as any other chaos god. GW used to make plenty of mutated Tzeentchian mutated marines (back when they were "Renegades of Chaos"). The sorcerers attempted to protect their own Thousand Sons chapter from mutation, but they're probably cool with Obliterators if they help them crunch a couple of loyalists.

An interesting Tzeentch army would be one without any rubric marines at all, plenty of regular mutated Chaos marines in blue/pink/green armour to represent Tzeentch, with feathered wings and bird-like heads, pink horrors and a daemon prince with two heads, feathered wings a couple of spells.

That said, Thousand Son marines just look badass.
