Which is better folks?
Would love to here pros and cons of both, maybe re-gearing of termis, (deepstrike with incinerators?) , maybe drop the suncannon for another skyweaver...?

Let me start by saying, outside of Jetbikes, I'm not big on Eldar. But....

You need more bodies, in general, I feel. About 1/3 of each army is heavy armor, which is great, but it seems like that's the only reason you have infantry, is so those Wave Serpents can hit the board.

The Terminators are perfect as is, and they should Deep Strike to make use of the Nemesis Formation. But I'd probably drop a Wraithknight for a Nemesis Dreadknight. Personal preference, I know GKs better. Sword, Psycannon, Teleporter.
