It would make a lot of sense for Dark Angels (and Grey Knights) to be addressed within the Fenris campaign since they have such involvement with it, but how often does GW take the route we think to be sensible?

Any loyal primarch would make sense from a sales POV. And lately I've picked up a few hints, maybe imagined, across a couple of different books and codexes, that there will be more than a few of them. I'm currently finishing off the Hunt for Vulkan, and in it Vulkan hints to the last Imperial Fist that Dorn is alive, at least at that point, as well as those that we know are lurking in the warp, webway or the Rock. If the demon primarchs are coming, you can be sure that they will have a counterpoint, if even just to balance out the sales.

Absolutely, KF. The only real question is how far will they go and who will be resurrected for a model. Mortarion apparently helps out Magnus a bit in the recent campaign book and it seems to be hinted that the other Daemon Primarchs are with Abby over at the Eye.
