Have Scouts been Replaced by Elimanators?

Since Covid is over and I finally gotten money coming in, I am adding more to my troops. I noticed that a lot of the stores are out of scouts with rifiles and the only thing in stock is Vanguard Eliminators. The store owner says he does not know if they are going to make more of the scouts with rifles. My only location is currently ebay or 3rd party groups.
