I need to find a suitable harpy model and when I think crazy ravenous killers I think chaos warhounds. Ive seen them made of daemonettes but I don't like the generic look of that. I'm thinking the warhound with nid claws on some instead of horns? Any comments are welcome so go ahead and give me some ideas.

First off, I assume you're talking about WHFB harpies, and not the Nid fast attack choice? If so, I wager Gargoyle wings would look pretty good on the Warhounds and be suitably chaotic as the Gargoyle wings are a bit tattered and quite bat-like. You might also want to choose hound models that are leaping, so that they look like they are about to take flight. And I suppose you could always give the 'hound a gargoyle tail, too...

Yes I meant WHFB harpies. Wings would work, fluff for leapers and flyers would be awesome.
