when using the blast template for the railgun submunition shot, does it get a scatter roll? i always assumed it did but a guy i played with said it didnt, (just before it destroyed his scouts). so whats the deal? anyone know?

No scatter. fact. It does not state ordance on the weapon profile, just large blast market. Thats why they are very reliable weapons. :grin:
