Very nice painting I like the metal studs on the shields. You should use cotton wool to make a ghostly mist in the units :biggrin:

Having tried to use cotton wool to model smoke back when I still built historical models, I have never found a technique that does not look like a small model in the middle of some cotton wool.

We did not have the internet back then though, so there might be better support now.

I say leave them without anyway as the painting should not be covered up.
