All right, well basically I decided to trick out my Grey Knight Grand Master but now have no idea what parts I should use to represent him.
Right now he's standing at:
Grey Knight Grand Master (Guillaume Chartres)
-Master-Crafted Weapon (Nemesis)
-Sacred Incense
-Psychic Hood
-Auspex
-Storm Shield

So I'll need a good hood, and shield, those are givens. For the force weapon I was thinking about going with some kind of axe, rather than a halberd or sword.
I know that the master of the watch has a cool axe and shield but I'm not sure how I would convert the metal shoulders (and mind you, I'm pretty bad at conversions).
I figure I can make a hood/cloak from greenstuff, but if there's a good bit from some kinda model I'd appreciate hearing about it.
I'd appreciate any help.

The Dark angels sprues have some good incense type things on them they are spherical nad look cool...

Personally, i'd take the weapon and shield from the master of the watch and transplant them, that would really make the model your own. Skaven plague censer bearers also have incense balls.
