It's been a while since I started building a new list but I saw the forgefiend in my local GW and it has inspired me to start a new army:

Here is the start of my Chaos list, hoping for a Nurgle Daemonkin codex to be out this year, this is the scheme I painted, might ease off on the purple though

If you ask me the purple looks great impressive mini!

The only thing I would do differently is the teeth and bone, they are too similar to the carapace. I think black and grey on those areas would give it some more contrast. But it looks pretty bad ass so far.
