Hey guys, just thought I'd post this up. My store is having a narrative campaign over the next few weeks so I'll likely be documenting how it goes.
Here's my Kill Team:
200 Pts - Blood Angels Roster
Troops: Assault Squad (6#, 150 pts)
3 Assault Squad (Remove Jump Packs; Meltagun; Razorback)
1 Assault Marine with Meltagun (Remove Jump Packs)
1 Sergeant (Melta Bombs; Remove Jump Packs; Bolt Pistol; Power Weapon x1)
1 Razorback
Fast Attack: Attack Bike Squad (1#, 50 pts)
Attack Bike Squad (Multi-Melta x1)
Total Roster Cost: 200
The idea is to represent a light recon force. I'm not a fan of Scouts and Tactical Marines have never felt very Flesh Tearer-esque to me so I decided to go with a small Assault squad. The meltagun is there because flamers don't really make much sense in Kill Team when every model is its own unit and plasma guns have a habit of overheating and killing my models. Jump packs didn't feel like something that a squad that's trying not to be noticed would used so I opted for a cheap Razorback instead. The Attack Bike is meant to accompany the squad and compliment the Razorback's anti-infantry firepower with some anti-tank capabilities.
The plan is basically to use the Razorback's formidable firepower to pick off as many models as possible while using the Attack Bike to deal with anything that won't go down easily from heavy bolter fire. The Assault Marines will likely bail out of the Razorback early on in an attempt to get into combat early.
