I have heard from my sister and from a friend of my dad's, a boots employee and a miniature painter respectively, of a method of solving the problem of frosting you get sometimes using aerosol varnish. Apparently applying gloss varnish over the top with a brush will fix the problem. So if there's only a little bit of frosting and you use a thin layer of gloss then maybe now that "ruined" model is salvageable!

Hope this helps someone. Happy gaming!

Sadly, this happens from time to time when using a spray matte to finish models.

Add a thin layer of Vallejo Gloss Varnish or Citadel 'Ardcoat. Works every time.

Hope this helps.
