Ok is is my advice on this list, as often the case on these posts, check the point costs of what I advise If you follow it all you may be using more points than you have!
HQ
Lord- terminator armour, black mace – 150pts
Ok, the Black Mace is Ace, but its AP 4, makes it poor on a Lord. I would look at the ever fun 'Power Fist(Or Chain Fist) and Lighting Claw' combo.
Elites
Hellbrute- reaper autocannon, fist -110pts
Looks Good! (By the way the FAQ drops the points of the Hellbrute, check it out)
Terminators- x5, reaper autocannon, 2*power fist, 2*power weapon, chainfist, combi flamer, combi melta – 218pts
I would try and get more melta's into the squad, for the deepstrike melta-blast.
Troop
Cultists- x10- 50pts
Chaos Space Marine- x10, 2*plasma, power fist, rhino - 230pts
Chaos Space Marine- x10, 2*melta, power fist, rhino - 220pts
Drop the Power Fists from the AC's, they are going to be stuck in challanges so It may be best to give them power-lances if you plan on charging allot, or no upgrades at all. (or a combi-Melta/Plas so you can put out 3 shots on one turn)
Fast Attack
Raptors- x5, 2*flamer, power weapon - 120pts
Looks ok, a melta's could be better depends on your local metagame
Heavy Support
Forgefiend- 3 ectoplasma cannons -200pts
Forgefiend- 3 ectoplasma cannons -200pts
Never used these beasts, but that is a scary amount of S8 shots. Their is a chance you can kill yourself, I would personally keep the Auto-cannons for some Ant-Air and the Extra Range.
