Hey! what I will say first is get rid of the lances in the raider squads as they are moving take splinter cannons instead.
I would keep your HQ the way it is no point dumbing down because it might be a target
the ravagers are cool I like to have them with dizzys but whatever suits
only thing i would add is a wych dracite to the wych squad makes the squad little more badass hope this helps
