I don't like blasters on sniper squads. Also on raider squads you want to use only 5 or 9 guys. It has to do with how many people will die before you do a 25% morale check.

My humble opinion about your HQ squad is that you should make it less valuable. Once you show people you army list, the first thing that will happen in a game is that your HQ raider will get shot to hell and the people inside won't last much longer when on foot. Thin it out, buy another wych squad or something else. Make more targets for the enemy to keep track of.

Again this is just an opinion thing but I like ravager with either 3 disintegrators or 2 disintegrators and 1 dark lance. 3 Dark Lances is exciting and everything but it will only be able to move 6 and shoot everything. That is literally walking speed in the game. walking speed.

Hey! what I will say first is get rid of the lances in the raider squads as they are moving take splinter cannons instead.
I would keep your HQ the way it is no point dumbing down because it might be a target:)
the ravagers are cool I like to have them with dizzys but whatever suits
only thing i would add is a wych dracite to the wych squad makes the squad little more badass hope this helps

Never mix and match weapons on Ravagers.
You should run 2 with the default lances and 1 with 3 Dizzy upgrades.

Sniper squads should be 10 man. 2-3 of these squads is nice, and very very competitive.

Raider squads should be 10 man, blaster and Splinter cannon and a Sybarite with Poisoned blades.

At 1500 points I run The standard Agoniser Archon (Agoniser, CC drugs, Splinter pistol and shadowfield) with 9 Incubi. Sometimes I through in Drazhar if theres a chance of facing multi-wound model units...aka, ork nobz and tyrand warriors etc.
This isn't over kill, as it's a ridiculously hard unit to stop.

Wyches all need wych weapons, a Succubus with an Agoniser and a Raider. Throw in a couple of blasters if you feel the need.

Don't underestimate units of 5 jetbikes w/ 2 Blasters led by a Succubus w/ Punisher.

Vect is probably the most Dangerous model in the entire game.

Nothing else is worth taking.

I think snipersquads should be 15, for survivability.

I agree with Orochi about bikes and wych's with raiders. No goblet of spite.

I run 6 incubi with the Archon, with Master w/drugs. If you include warriors, include Splinter Cannons.

Vect is a killer, damn straight. 14 armor vs shooting, and fights like a dread.

If you got wyche weapons dont both with the goblet - your gonna be hitting most things on 3's anyway and all your doing is letting them hit you on 3's! Big disadvantage for you!

Sniper squads are good - 100 point unit FTW!

I have never been a fan of ravagers (personal choice) and opt for talos's as they seem to attract alot more fire power! Just give it a think over.

Other than that - list looks good!

Alright, in response:

I don't have near enough points to put in 15-man sniper squads. Sorry.

I can't take Vect, as it says that you can only take him in 2000+ points.

Ravagers are armed that way(I changed it to 3x DL, 3x 3x Diss) due to what I fight at my LGS. Usually, in 1500 points I will face one to three vehicles, depending on the army. Even SMs usually field one LR or one or two Rhinos and be done with it, we're a very infantry-heavy metagame, thus 6 Dizzies.

I'll remember to try Talos out sometime. I'd like to try a different list if I'm going to bring Talos though. Probably one with some Grotesques and Haemonculi with Webway Portals and such.

I'll also remember to try out bikes. I've heard they're too overpriced, but just for kicks and giggles sometime.

You have 39 warriors posted. That's 2 15s and a 9. You lose 2 lances, but from what you say you're not facing armor heavy sets. Against infantry armies more figs per squad keeps you from breaking and running.

49, actually. I cut out one Raider squad and added in an extra Incubi and 5 more Warriors to each sniper squad. Also added in Sybarites w/ Poisoned Blades to the Raider squads.

Does it look better now? I plan to try this list out tomorrow night, but there's a fair possibility I won't be able to.

Keep the Dark Lances, as Raiders are easy as hell to kill (My Orks took one out with a Big Shoota), plus there's a lot of heavy armour out there. Personally I've often thought of the Dark Eldar as relying upon a combination of speed, manuverability and firepower, with each playing a certain part in orcheastrating victory.

Here's what I'd run in a 1500pt list, based more on observations of a friend's army than actual experience, so by no means accurate:

HQ: Archon on Reaver Jetbike, Agoniser, Close Combat Weapon, Combat Drugs, Hell Mask, Haywire Greandes, Plasma Grenades, Trophy Rack, Tormentor Helm – 142 points.

Troops: Raider Squad, ten warriors & sybarite with Agoniser, Haywire Grenades & Plasma Grenades, Blaster & Dark Lance – 189 points.

Raider Squad, ten warriors & sybarite with Agoniser, Haywire Grenades & Plasma Grenades, 2 Dark Lances – 189 points.

Raider Squad, ten warriors & sybarite with Agoniser, Haywire Grenades & Plasma Grenades, 2 Dark Lances – 189 points.

Raider Squad, ten warriors & sybarite with Agoniser, Haywire Grenades & Plasma Grenades, 2 Dark Lances – 189 points.

Fast Attack: Reaver squad, five Reavers, Succubus, Blaster – 176 points.

Reaver squad, five Reavers, Succubus, Blaster – 176 points.

Heavy Support: Ravager, one disintegrator – 110 points.

Ravager, one disintegrator – 110 points.

Army Total: 1’493 points.

You've got numbers, speed, lots of Dark Lances, and Reavers to outflank with (plus they're great models). With Dark Eldar you'll need to take out a lot of the enemy before thinking about combat, hence the disintegrators. With my friend this is his biggest weakness, a tendency to be a little to aggressive, which since I'm using Orks, isn't something I mind.

Apparently you didn't read my post after it. In my local area, vehicle-heavy lists are virtually non-existent.

Thanks all for helping me out, I think I understand DE listbuilding now. :p

Edit: About your list:
Pretty sure you don't really need Grenades on a Raider squad. Also, Heavy weapons on them is bad. One SC and one Blaster is the tried and true build for a Raider squad. As Creon said, the Agonisers don't fit on Sybarites very well.
Ravagers also are best not mixed and matched. Many people have said, and I agree, 3x DL OR 3x Dizzy, no mixing.

Never give Raiders Agonisers. Poison blades are the option. If you're in HTH already, the DE are suffering, adding an Agoniser doesn't give enough bang for the cos.t.

DE are good at CC just not warriors ;) No sense in making a 8pt warrior cost 34 because u gave him an agonizer.

IMO there needs to be a stick posted for people who post new lists. You need to Look over Orochi's lists, My Lists, Ligers lists and Creons lists before posting something 100% contradicting them. Im not trying to boast us but we have tested and played and tested basicly everything and have pretty much come up with cookie cutter squads and points costs.
