I played my first game in many years last week, and my opponent was a guy I grew up with who hadn't played in two or three years, so there were some points we weren't sure about. One of the biggest was resolving overwatch fire. In the BRB it says it is resolved exactly as if I was firing in my shooting phase, but everything is snap shots. Does that mean I use the regular weapon profile completely? I.e., if I am holding an assault 3 weapon, does it fire all three shots? Or a heavy 3? We played the game assuming it does since the RAW seem to indicate that, but it just seemed to me like that was a hell of a lot of firepower being thrown around. Thanks for any help!
