So I've heard a few people talking about this game here and there, and I was wondering, is there anybody here on Heresy that plays this?

It's something that I think looks like an interesting game, and I know that @Jezlad is considering a purchase but being a tight-arse Scotsman I'll be damned if I'm going to spend money on something if I may not like it :laugh:

So, if there is anybody could you please share your opinions etc of the game with me - and Heresy as a whole. What are the mini's like? How's the gameplay? What is the quality of the gaming materials involved?

I think you might have too, in that i know Wayland at least (from talking to them about my order) were assigning the stock first to the prepaid orders of course. Depending on how many arrived int he country I suspect it is possible they could all go to orders and none show up as generally available.

If that's the case @Sethis then I'll be pre-ordering my two IG-2000's on my next paycheque :grin:

There's a store in Toronto that I can get them for just over $60 CAD with shipping, I'm pretty stoked at their casual selection of accessories as well. They ship worldwide, but I'm not sure if it's worth it once you get across the pond...either way it's www.meeplemart.com for anyone who cares.

There will be considerably more sent out then the expected orders,
this gets said for every restock and it's only with brand new models that they run out very soon afterwards

I've got my pre-orders in with a FLGS for two of everything in S&V, he says he's got a list and is ticking names off, so I'm fairly confident I'll manage to get what I asked for. If not, I'm sure I can keep playing Imperials til we get a restock in a few months! :laugh:

I'll be at my LGS for some 40k this Saturday, gunna be throwing down some orders then.

More stoked for the S&V release than I was for either of my main 40k army's Codex releases.

I'm not that excited to be playing WITH Scum, as much as I am looking forward to playing AGAINST it, if I'm honest. None of the ships/pilots really attract me that I've bothered to look at (I've deliberately not looked for spoilers), but I anticipate with delight people using a faction that has no turrets of any kind...

Congrats! Ironically though i have a Falcon, i have not flown it yet, though used Engine Upgrade a lot. I thought I was going to be all about the rebels, but oddly found I am loving the Scum and SpaceFascists. I think I was just intimidated by flying the zoomy Ties and variants.
