why 3 rhinos? is there a second nine man unit?
also, kharn is slogging alone. you cannot join differently marked models. you should need an unmarked unit for him (maybe a bunch of cultists?)

to me the list is good.
it could be better by replacing huron with fabius and the defilers with2 units of missile launcher havocs and a unit of autocannon havocs (5 havocs + 4 ml = 135, 5 havocs + 4 ac= 115. 135+135+115= 385) less points than two defilers, MOAR firepower, 3 targets instead of 2

I've had unfortunate experiences with squads of 5 havocs. without any buffer squad members, the first wound will take out either the sergeant or a model that is roughly worth 30-40 points. I do like the idea of more firepower I just don't see any way they'll survive whereas the Defilers have their 5+ invuln, 4 hull points, It will not die, and a more favorable damage chart now. I do like the idea of Huron over Fabius. That extra point of initiative is a big deal on its own especially with challenges and such.

i do agree on the extre members for havocs, i do the same thing. i suggested 5 members for a point issue alone.
i do disagree, however, about survivability. a single lascannon can wreck the defiler. but thats an old an argument. it depends from your meta, if they use more antipersonnel or antitank
