It goes just under the front armour plate, at the hips look at some of the forge workd dreadnoughts that have Dreadnought CCWs and there is a stormbolter mounted there. These pieces are already on the plastic dreadnoughts hips so it would be unnecessary but you will need it if you have a forge world body
