You can upgrade your chariot to include a Blue Horror crew which gives a -1 leadership mod to your enemies within 6". But I have also 'heard' that you can use the Blue Horrors to effectively 'take wounds' as per their normal profile, which would obviously beef up the chariot/Flamers survivability.
