So, this is my first time painting and actually showing it off. I usually paint just to get them done so I can play. I don't usually have many people looking at them and judging them.

So I have painted a horse from Empire's Calvary unit and would love some feedback on how to make it better. Tonight I will be posting the knight himself and then the finished model.

Some things to know are; I use a mix between acrylic and GW paints. The reason is that GW paint is so expensive, and while they are nicer for these models, I'm on a very tight budget, which doesn't allow many extra purchases.

The armor is painted with Ironbreaker paint.
The saddle is painted with XV-88
The hooves are also XV-88
The fluffy headpiece is Evil Sunz Scarlet.
The legs are acrylic brown and shaded with Agrax Earthshade, which I thought came out very well.
The main and faceplate is painted with King's Golden acrylic paint.

So let me know what you would do to make this better!

I also have like 1 1/2 brushes currently. One being a small brush and a GW extra small brush with the bristles gone.
