Well, I have both of them (eldar and Daemonhunters).
I've had the eldar from their pirates and corsairs only days. They've seen several codex redux and have had a few mods over the years. I used to have a full harlequin army as well (but foolishly gave them away just pre-3rd ed. If I'd known about apoc coming, that would never have happened.). Not an easy army to use - pretty much a glass hammer (I don't play cheese-falcon army. ). Rewards are good, though. models are pretty.
Daemon Hunters. I wanted an army that was SM but not SM, but not CSM either.
I have my inquisitors (radical/orthodox/puritan) with their retinues and about 2000pts of GKs (with about another 1kpts in inducted guard/ISTs).
Expensive army, but the models are nice. Hard to win with (outnumbered even by SM) and a challenge to play, but fun.
