Farseer (SS, Jetbike, Doom, Guide, Sining Spear)
This guy is a touch overbuilt, Doom is best on Str=3,4 weapons and attacks so it certainly has its uses in your army,,,, Guide is best suited to units that has crappy BS and lots of shots, which at present you just don't have... I think you could save the points on Guide and Spirit Stones and use them elsewhere. Also, the Runes of Warding are pretty cheap and give such great Psycher Supression that you really should get them. Autarch (Jetbike, Mandi., Laser Lance, Fusion gun)
Awesome build, truely effective for the costs. Troops 6 Guardian Jetbikes (2 Shuriken Cannons, Walock, Enhance or Conceal, Sining spear)
Go with Enhance as Conceal is near useless on Jetbikes. Also if used well this can be a good "Holding" unit that allows the rest of your army to function while it tiees up some enemy unit in CC. 6 Guardian Jetbikes (2 Shuriken Cannons, Walock, Enhance or Conceal, Sining spear)
Here I would opt for some variation, take a look at this:
(156) Jetbikes - 4+Warlock: 1 Shuri-cannon, Warlock with Destructor and Spear. The unit is big enough to help out with general duties, yet small enough to hide easily. The Destructor (Flamer) really helps with dislodging anything in cover and is gross on Horde armies, while the Spear offers some Anti-tank as well. Elites 8 Harlequin (6 kisses, Troope master with PW, Shadow Seer)
I have nevver needed the Troupe Master; but he does add to the unit for minimal costs, so I wouldn't say to dump him either. Fast attack 2 Vypers (Scatter Lasers, Shuriken Cannons, VE, HF, SS) 2 Vypers (Scatter Lasers, Shuriken Cannons, VE, HF, SS)
Quick Math puts these units at 540pts for 4 Vypers... Lets face it, if you drop all the vehicle upgrades you can get 2 units of 3 Vypers each with Scatter and Shuri-can for 420pts. leaving you 150pts to add more vypers again, or something else (like another unit of Jetbikes or even better [since you have other points saved on the Farseer] get a unit of Shining Spears to help out your Autarch in Close Combat). Heavy Support Fire Prism (HF,VE,SS) Fire Prism (HF,VE,SS)
These have worked wonders for me in the past, so I have no bad comments for them. Just make sure you hide them on Set-up as the first turn is their most fragile.
Anyway, your idea is fine, you just need to refine things a little to make it more competitive.
