It's completely battleforged, and trying to be kind of a 'cavalry' style list. Crimson Hunters act as my 'tanks' and give me some heavy weapons, and the Voidweavers, on top of being required, offer a little more fire support as 'chariots' along side all the heavy hitters.
I would like to think it's pretty durable; the Shining Spears all have 4++ as long as their moving, the Corsairs are running a 5++ as well as a 3++ 'tank' in the Prince. The Skyweavers are probably the most fragile part of the army, and even then have a turn of free jink because of the Mirage Launchers.
Shining Spears are hitting 15 times on the charge, with 6 lance shots if I measure right, all at S6 or better and AP3.
Corsair squad (which is obscenely expensive) is 21 attacks on the charge, with poisoned or rending.
Skyweavers are 8 attacks each on the charge, and offer some AP2 on the charge as well.
And yes, this is more fluffy than competitive, but hopefully something that won't be a grand disappointment every game.
